Where do you source your stones?
Most of our gemstones are sourced through trusted, ethical wholesalers here in the United States, with select stones sourced internationally when quality or origin calls for it. Each material is chosen with care—for its energy, origin, and natural beauty—and must meet our standards for color, character, and craftsmanship before becoming part of a Maya David piece.
What’s the quality of your gemstones?
We use high-quality, natural gemstones throughout our collections—many of which are AAA-grade. From the golden warmth of Tiger’s Eye to the deep blues of Lapis and the rich greens of Malachite, we select stones that offer exceptional color, clarity, and energy. Each one is chosen not only for how it looks, but how it feels—crafted to carry meaning, and made to last.
What metals do you use?
We work exclusively with solid 925 sterling silver and solid 14K gold—never plated or filled. From our swivel push clasps to our Maya David signature bead, every element is designed to last and made to age beautifully with wear.
Are your pieces made to order?
Most of our pieces are made to order and handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. While we do keep a small selection ready to ship, the majority of our designs are created just for you—allowing us to offer precise sizing and exceptional attention to detail in every piece.
Do you offer custom sizing or bespoke pieces?
Yes. Many of our bracelets can be customized to your wrist size, and we occasionally accept custom design requests. For sizing help or a custom inquiry, email us at info@shopmayadavid.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Please allow 10–14 business days for most orders to be processed and handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. While many pieces ship sooner, we believe in taking the time to get it right. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’re happy to help make changes or cancel it. Just email us as soon as possible at info@shopmayadavid.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5 on all U.S. orders. For international customers, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $20.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we proudly ship worldwide. Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery—including items purchased with a discount code. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are $5 within the U.S.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Each order comes with a Maya David polishing cloth to help maintain the shine of your silver. Store your jewelry in the pouch provided, and avoid contact with moisture, lotions, and harsh chemicals to keep it looking its best.
