We want you to love your Maya David piece. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for return within this window.
Please note: Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
International orders are final sale. Due to customs regulations and high return shipping costs, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
How to Start a Return (U.S. Orders Only)
You can initiate a return in two ways:
Via Your Account
Visit https://account.shopmayadavid.com and follow the steps:
- Enter your email and verify using the 6-digit code sent to your inbox
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return
- Choose a return reason and leave a note (optional)
- Click Request Return

Alternatively, email us at info@shopmayadavid.com to begin your return request.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a shipping label. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs (U.S. Only)
Return shipping is a flat $5 fee within the United States, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopmayadavid.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- International orders
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange, just email us at info@shopmayadavid.com and let us know what you’d like to exchange and why. We’ll guide you through the next steps and do our best to get the right piece in your hands.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us at info@shopmayadavid.com.
